Update AUGUST 6th 2020

Under Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne, allied health providers, including audiology providers, can remain open for on-site work when providing a community-based service required to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of people with a disability or on referral from a GP.

We are continuing to carry out face to face appointments in limited numbers.

We have a COVID-19 Safe Plan in place, requiring us to use PPE and you to wear a mask and sanitise on arrival.

Hearing aid maintenance services (both in-house and repairs by manufacturer) will continue unchanged.

The front door will be locked and the waiting room is closed. Press the buzzer to speak to us when you arrive for appointments or are dropping aids in for maintenance services.

  • Skype or phone consultations are available for all our patients.
  • Batteries can be posted.
  • Skype consultations continue to be available for tinnitus, hyperacusis, acoustic shock and misophonia patients
  • Home visits are not currently available.

We are more than happy to respond to any questions you might have.  As the situation continues to change, we will stay in contact with you.

Check our Facebook page as well for up to date information.

Please stay safe.
